“We,” “us,” and “our” refer to Fitbyore.  “You” and “your” refer to the customer or user of our website.

Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse any order. Payment must be made at the time of purchase using the methods specified on our website.

 Shipping and Delivery

We aim to process and ship orders within 3 business days. Delivery times may vary based on location. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. 

Returns and Refunds  We accept returns within 2 days of receipt for unworn items (shoes and slippers only). Exchange will be processed within 24 hrs of receiving the returned item(s). Orders paid for cannot be canceled. We operate strictly NO REFUND NO WARRANTY policy.

Delivery or pickup

Complete Delivery fee is to be included for all delivery orders. Pickup at the store is allowed. We do not accept PAYMENT ON DELIVERY (your payment validates order).

If a customer REQUESTS for bus/park delivery, a fee of N500 should be paid with your order. This is to pay the rider who will be taking it to the park (this does not cover the delivery fee to your location). The driver’s number would be sent to you for further communication and payment. NOTE: Fitsbyore would not be held responsible for loss of items, delayed delivery or drivers misconduct.
